Opera Lebanon / Multimedia Theatre is a pioneer in creating a form for opera convergence,notably between Chinese opera and Arabic opera, as well as between international opera productions and Arabic opera, or Arabic opera with different languages. This is part of Opera Lebanon / Multimedia Theatre ‘Convergence Opera’ program, which promotes the diversity of cultural expressions in accordance with UNESCO's Convention 2005.
Opera Lebanon / Multimedia Theatre’s troupe includes professionals in both international and Arabic opera singing with solo performers for leading roles and a chorus comprising around 80 opera singers.
